Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition and within the 30-day return window; please note that for hygiene reasons, used glass or titanium components cannot be returned.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our returns department.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack your MiniNail device in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
